What if the thing draining your peace isn't your circumstances at all, but what you've been letting in?

In this episode, I get honest about becoming deeply invested in content that had nothing to do with my life, and what Scripture says about protecting what reaches your heart.

There's nothing wrong with caring, but Proverbs tells us to guard our hearts above all else, and that "above all else" was never a suggestion.

We're called to love people and serve them, but not at the cost of the very thing our connection with God runs through.
