Pass Your Stress to God, Really? | Episode 86

New Episode:
86

Hey Reader,

Have you ever told someone "you are stressing me out" and realized they were asking for something you simply didn't have the capacity to give?
Do you feel weary, stretched past your limit, and starting to notice it in your body and your health?

In this episode, I walk you through a framework for passing what you're carrying straight to God, before it takes over your day, your body, and your relationships.

Scripture already tells us to cast our anxiety on Him. This is about what that actually looks like in the moment, when the pressure is building and you can feel yourself about to lose it.

Biblical emotional regulation isn't about suppressing what you feel or performing calm you don't have. It's staying completely honest with God while handing Him the weight instead of gripping it tighter.

You'll also hear why having patience with yourself is not the same as making excuses, and why the goal was never a perfect relationship with God, just the one you actually want with Him.

Now, go be MIGHTY mom,

P.S.If you haven't already, make sure to download the Grab-and-Go Scripture here for when you need something immediately.

Devotional: September 7, 2026 Hey Reader, This year I started mock homeschooling, since Maximus starts Kindergarten next year. I wanted to get us into a system to set us up for success. I enjoy teaching my boys and creating curriculum. It was literally my job at Disney before I became a mom. So this oftentimes feels like a dream. But I get scared. I get worried. I wonder if I am making the right choices for them. And you know what I've been doing with that? Did you guess taking it to God?...

Devotional: September 4, 2026 Hey Reader, I am doing my best to do zero work on the weekends. Sure, I clean up, do laundry, and handle the normal, everyday household chores. But working on my business? It needs to take a backseat. Weekends are for family time in my house. And while my kids are still young enough to enjoy being with me, I want to really focus on being a present mom. So this weekend, we went HARD. Being a local Floridian has its perks, especially with a husband who works for...

Bible Study:September 2, 2026 Hey Reader, Do you feel weary and anxious and can't quite trace where it started?
